Kirsti A. Dyer MD, MS, CWS is a respected physician, an expert in life challenges, loss, grief and bereavement, professional health educator, professor, lecturer and author. She teaches College Students how to live healthier lives and make healthier lifestyle choices in her Nutrition & Wellness Course.
Dr. Dyer is the mother of two young energetic daughters whom she is raising to appreciate being outdoors, how to make healthy choices and to be active each day.
Dr. Dyer maintains three other blogs based on her many interests. She writes the Grief, Loss & Transitions Blog, the NICU Parent Support Blog and Ruminations of an Online Instructor.
